I ordered some pool stuff and, yeah, it eventually showed up, but it was later than I expected. The tracking wasn’t very helpful either, which made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be. Nothing was completely awful, but the delivery experience definitely didn’t feel reliable

"Didn’t feel like a priority"
I had a frustrating experience with them. They kept moving the service time around, and then in the end no one showed up at all. I had to follow up twice just to find out what was going on. Maybe I’m reading into the tone a bit, but it really felt like my appointment wasn’t being taken seriously. I wouldn’t book with them again.

"Kind of nice, but still too expensive"
I had an okay experience overall, and the staff wasn’t bad or anything, but I still left feeling like it cost more than it should have. The service was decent, maybe even good in a couple of moments, but somehow it also felt average for the price. I wouldn’t say I hated it, but I also don’t think I’d rush back unless it was cheaper.

"Install was way more annoying than expected"
They made it sound like fitting this would be quick and simple, but it took me ages. I don’t have the patience to mess around with something that should’ve been straightforward, so the whole install was frustrating

"Part fit was hit or miss"
I ordered a replacement valve that was listed as fitting my model, but once it showed up it was just slightly off. I ended up having to mess with it more than expected to get it working, which was frustrating because I really thought it would be a straightforward swap.
Support did email me back and pointed me toward a different part, so I’ll give them credit for that. But everything felt a little too automated, and I really would’ve liked to talk to an actual person before buying so I could confirm the fit instead of guessing.

I did eventually find what I was looking for, but the site made it way more annoying than it should’ve been. The menus are confusing, and it feels like whoever designed them didn’t think much about actual users trying to get around

The checkout process was a total pain. I’m 100% sure the page was acting buggy because it kept doing weird stuff, and I had no clue if my order actually went through or not. After trying again, I just gave up. Definitely not a great first impression of the site...

"After-sales support came at the worst time"
I ordered from poolexpert.com and the product itself was totally fine, no real complaints there. The annoying part was the after-sales support. I needed help at a inconvenient time, and of course that’s when everything seemed to move slowly. They did eventually get back to me and sort it out, so I can’t say it was awful, but the timing and the wait were frustrating. Overall, just okay, not terrible, but definitely not great.

"Shipping took way too long"
I ordered some pool parts and they eventually showed up, but it took a lot longer than I expected. The parts themselves were fine, so no complaints there. I just wish the shipping had been faster and the communication felt a little more personal. At times it kind of felt like I was just a ticket number waiting in line.

"I expected a bit more from Pool Expert..."
I expected a bit more from Pool Expert. The site itself wasn’t terrible to get around, but the information felt kind of vague, almost like they were keeping the important details just out of reach on purpose. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but it had that “read between the lines” vibe. I didn’t really get the help I was looking for, and everything took longer than I expected. Not the worst experience ever, but I wouldn’t exactly be racing back to use it again.

I don’t know why the return process was such a hassle, but it felt like it took forever. I contacted support hoping they’d help sort it out, but they weren’t much help, so the whole thing ended up being frustrating.

"Box arrived really banged up"
The box showed up smashed, and the packaging was ripped in a few spots. Some of the parts looked scratched too. I reached out and was expecting a faster response, but I’m still waiting to get it sorted out.
"Refund was a total pain"
I asked for a refund it turned into a whole stupid mess. Replies were slow, answers were vague as hell, and I kept having to chase them like an idiot just to get anywhere. Frustrating experience, and definitely not what I expected.

"I was disappointed with this..."
I was disappointed with this. It looked fine when I first got it, but after barely using it, it already started showing wear. For what I paid, I really expected it to last longer. When I brought it up, I felt kind of talked down to, like I just didn’t know how to use it properly. Now it feels like I’m already going to have to replace it, which is really frustrating.

"Didn’t Match My Real-World Pool Experience"
I work on pools regularly, the advice here just didn’t line up with what I’ve seen in the field. Some of the info felt confusing or off, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable relying on it for actual pool issues. When you’re dealing with real equipment and water problems, the guidance needs to be practical and accurate, and this just didn’t get there for me.

"Warranty support was more frustrating than expected"
I tried to file a warranty claim it was a headache. They didn’t really respond, well, they basically ignored it altogether, which made the whole process feel frustrating.

"Instructions used to feel clearer"
I used Pool Expert recently, and it was okay overall, but I feel like it used to be a bit easier to follow.
Some of the steps made sense right away, but a few parts were worded in a way that made me stop, reread, and kind of guess what they were trying to say. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, just a little frustrating when you’re trying to get through something quickly.
It still helped me out, so I wouldn’t say it was bad, but I do think they could make the instructions simpler, especially for people who aren’t already familiar with pool stuff.

I had an issue with my pool pump order, and it took way too many back-and-forth emails to get it fixed. They did eventually send the right part, so I’ll give them credit for that, but the slow replies and having to explain the same problem multiple times got frustrating. It felt like a preventable hassle, especially when you’re just trying to get your pool up and running again
